ALUMINUM OXIDE PARTICLE SIZE ANALYSIS
- Particles must have as many cutting edges as possible to be most effective.
- Round particles tend to polish rather than cut.
- Aluminum oxide must be free of all metals to avoid contamination.
- Never re-use aluminum oxide, contaamination from re-blasted metals will occur.
- Aluminum oxide must be free of moisture to prevent clogging.
